Fund Monitoring

RG offer a proactive, professional and consistent Fund Monitoring service on a wide range of development schemes. Our Core Role is to act as the client's interface between in-house departments and the project development and delivery team.

Initially we undertake desktop studies to establish the project strategy, deliverables and communication procedures. Once the strategy is established, the team carry out detailed project audit reports. In forward funding arrangements our cost management expertise monitors valuations, cash flow targets and quantify implications of Fund changes along with any claims analysis.

All our projects are critically appraised at strategic revision points throughout the development process with regular site visits and progress reporting to the Fund highlighting any critical issues. Our Fund Monitoring service concludes with a handover report, to bring together project completion certification, as built reports and CDM information, post contract review dates and outstanding issues.

Throughout the project cycle our emphasis is on proactive protection of the Fund’s interests in the development, ensuring that obligations on each party are in accordance with the agreements rather than hindering the development processes.
