Project Management

RG’s approach to project management is to work alongside clients at every stage of the project. Initially this is to clarify, define and agree business and project objectives, using a proactive approach that results in an accurate understanding of project needs.

Once the project brief is clearly defined, we are then best placed to appoint other members of the design and construction teams.

The RG project manager will assemble and manage the consultant team and the construction process at all stages of the project. This includes planning, monitoring progress, programme, cost and quality throughout the design, construction and commissioning phases.

RG will lead the team and provide a framework for the project to develop and evolve, providing enough controls and milestones without suppressing fresh and innovative ideas.
