A new 270,000 sq ft build store in Cardiff built in 38 weeks. The site which included over 1200 car parking spaces was constructed on a partially remediated brown field site and included extensive highway works.

ASDA Superstore, Rawtenstall

A new build superstore built over 3 floors including two levels of sales floor covering over 60,000 sq ft. The store and associated deck car park was completed in 29 weeks
